Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who we are

What we collect
When you write to us. Your name, email, phone if you give it, and whatever you put in the message. Nothing else.
When you book a session. Cal.com collects your name, email and the time you chose. If the session is paid, Stripe handles the payment. We never see or store your card number.
If you join the Realtor program. Your name, brokerage, license number and email, plus your phone and expected closings if you give them. We use them to issue your gift code and to check your license. Your name and brokerage are shown on the gift page your buyers open.
When you browse. Google Analytics records anonymous usage: pages visited, time on site, rough location by country or city, device type. Never your name, and never anything you typed.
Always. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs for security. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them; it does not track you for advertising.
Why we collect it
To answer you. To hold your appointment. To charge for a session you booked. To understand which parts of the site are useful and which are not. Nothing else.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies only to measure traffic, never for advertising. If you visit from the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, no cookie is set until you accept, and if you decline, Analytics never loads. Everywhere else, Analytics loads when you open the site. Anyone can turn it off at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer; your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Turnstile, Cal.com and Stripe may set the cookies they need to work, only when you use them.
Who else touches your data
Zoho ZeptoMail delivers the contact form to our inbox. Cal.com runs the booking. Stripe processes payments. Google Analytics measures traffic. Cloudflare hosts the site. Each one has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Emails: as long as the conversation is useful to you as a client, and then we delete them. Booking records: as long as Cal.com keeps them under our account. Analytics: 14 months, then Google deletes it. Ask us to erase yours earlier and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to object and to complain to your data authority. If you are in California, you have the right to know and to delete under the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against you for asking.
Children
The site is not aimed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
